Q: How do I place my order via Royal Selangor website?
Step 1: Select the items you wish to purchase and click on 'Add to cart'. Then, proceed with the checkout process.Step 2: At checkout, you may opt for a fast checkout by signing in to your Customer or Corporate
Step 3: Upon completing the shipping and billing details, click the 'Submit' button and proceed with payment after keying in billing details.
Step 4: After selecting a payment method ( Visa, MasterCard, or Paypal) , you will be asked to key-in your pin number in a popup screen. For security
reasons, you will be required to key in the last 3 digits found behind your credit card for authentication.
Step 5: Once completing the payment procedures, your invoice will be shown on screen. Please print this as your copy.
Upon completion of these 5 steps, your secured order form will reach us and we will proceed to process your order.
Q: Is it safe to order through Royal Selangor website?

Simply click on 'Track my order', fill in your order number and select your shipping destination. You will also be able to track your order using yourconsignment number. We will email you your consignment number as soon as we send your items out for delivery.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. You can also pay for your order using your e-Voucher.We do accept telegraphic transfers, bank drafts, American Express charge cards and local cheques for large Corporate Orders. Please e-mail our Customer

Q: How do I use my e-gift certificate / e-voucher?
Here is a step by step guide on how to use your e-Voucher:Step 1. Sign in to our website. You must already have an account with us for us to store your e-Voucher.
Step 2. Click on 'Your e-Voucher'. Your e-Voucher's value and expiry date will be shown on screen.
Step 3. Click on the 'Activate' button beside your e-Voucher. If you have more than one e-Voucher, you may choose to use either one.
Only one e-Voucher can be used per order.
Step 4. Your e-Voucher amount will be shown on the shopping cart at the top right hand corner of every page. You may continue to shop and the
amount will be deducted at Checkout.
Step 5. If there is any balance on your e-Voucher, you may re-use it again on your next visit. Please follow through the process and activate your
e-Voucher every time you sign on. Please note the expiry date.

Q: Can the items be shipped internationally?
Royal Selangor is able to ship anywhere in the world and shipping charges are for purchases over a certain value.Q: Can Royal Selangor deliver a gift to someone in a different country from me?
Yes, we can. When you have placed your order, just fill in your details at the Billing section and the receiver's details at the Shipping section. We willdeliver the gift according to the shipping address given by you.
Q: How long will it be until I receive my pewter?
You should be receiving your pewter within one week from the day you placed your order. Please be reminded that sending your item to an addresswithout a recipient present may cause delays in delivery. It is always recommended that you send your item to an office address.
Q: Is the delivery charges going to cost me an arm and a leg!

and taxes for all other countries will be billed on behalf by our courier partners upon delivery of the parcels. This arrangement is as such due to the vast

Q: How do I cancel or change an order?
Please contact us as soon as you realize that you need to cancel your order. If your order has already been processed, it may be too late to cancel or changethe delivery.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us within 14-days from the date of receipt. All returns and exchanges mustbe new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories. A form of personal identification may be required. You will be credited your refund

Q: Can I ask for a replacement if the item is damaged or defective?
Yes, we will provide a new replacement as long as the item is damaged due to our negligence or bad handling by the courier service during the shippingprocess.
