Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling charges are based on the country
you ship to. These shipping charges apply to all items
except for e-Voucher.

We reward our customers with FREE delivery if the order
value to the same destination is above a certain value.

Delivery Schedules

All orders will be dispatched from Malaysia, using DHL Express or Fedex to ensure efficient delivery of the items. We make sure all purchases arrive at the destination
no later than 5 business days from the day the order is confirmed and paid. However, more time is required to process the order due to:

• orders by bulk.
• insufficient stock.
• personalisation and customisation to the product, such as engraving and etching.

For purchases that are required on special dates, please get in touch to specify your delivery dates at least 5 business days prior to the intended date of delivery. We can specify the delivery dates to our courier service but we cannot guarantee delivery of items on the specified date due to customs and duties checks and unforeseen circumstances faced by our courier service.

International Shipping

Royal Selangor delivers your orders to anywhere in the world, exclude P.O. Box addresses and APO/FPO addresses.

Duties and Taxes

Our prices do not include duties or value-added taxes (VATs). These charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed by our courier services upon delivery. Our courier services will prepay all amount due to your local Customs office to speed up delivery process. We will include an invoice on the package stating the price of the items for Customs declaration. Please bear this in mind when shipping gift items. If you wish to pay for the duties and VATs, please get in touch with us upon ordering and we will bill you once we receive the charges. For this purpose, we will need your approval to charge your credit card.

This regulation only applies for purchases shipped to anywhere in the World except for European countries, Australia, China, Japan, Singapore and Malaysia. Prices shown for these countries are inclusive of tax.
